Purchase Pulse Using Visa

XL keeps continuing its commitment to provide best services to customers, and always be XL"s priorities.

Customers is now having more options to easily reload their pulse electronically. Since August 22, 2005, XL launched electronic reload service through SMS, auto-debet from customers" VISA credit card.

Any customers who have VISA credit card published by Indonesian banks could use this service. Registration is required, by contacting X/LINK Customer Service at 021-3929000 or visit X/LINK website at http://www.xlinksoftware.com/visa. Registration can also be done through SMS, by sending REG [YOUR_CARD_NUMBER] and send to 8472, then follow the instructions sent by SMS.

Each VISA cardholder can register up to 3 cellphone numbers to be reloaded, with limitation of IDR200.000/month for each registered cellphone number, so there would be a total of IDR600.000 maximum for those 3 numbers.

There are 2 types of reloads by using service. First is On Demand, where customers can freely reload their pulse anytime by sending SMS to 8472. This type of reload can not be done in grace period. The second type is Periodic, where reload is automatically executed on selected date, denomination and package. Customers can freely choose their prefereble date, denomination and package while registering (ex: while registering, customer wants to be reloaded every day 1 every month, with IDR50.000 Paket Bicara. Then the system will be executing automatic reload for IDR50.000 Paket Bicara, on day 1 every month).
